You will be able to customize your truck and change the color, the tires, and the wheels. You will be able to change the engine and the suspension. You will be able to change the brakes, and the steering, and you will be able to change the fuel and the oil.
You will have to take care of the brakes and the steering, because if you go too much to the left or right, you will lose your truck.
